Required Skills/Experience:
- 8-15 years' experience in RF/analog layout
- Custom layout experience must include high frequency circuits such as LNAs, PAs, VCOs, Mixers, etc.
- Full familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso XL and Mentor Graphics Calibre tools.
- Experience in 90nm and deep sub-micron processes.
- Scripting and Layout Automation
- Understanding of submicron and deep-submicron CMOS processes.
- Have good knowledge of layout fundamentals ESD, Latch up, IR drop and EM issues, LOD ,WPE etc.
