Responsibilities
• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new
topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications

Pinhole - Photography Society of SGTB Khalsa College, North Campus is back with its Annual Exhibition, Curiosity’20. We invite you to join us in our various Competitions, both Online and Offline as well as a display of Photo Essays by the members, where they portray a series of photographs representing a topic or theme they have chosen and their interpretation on it. A photo booth to capture memories and a magical atmosphere in the heart of the college that bleeds a combination of and celebrates the Vintage and Modern art.

Pinhole - Photography Society of SGTB Khalsa College invites you to its fourth edition of a novel team photography battle to test your knowledge, innovation and spontaneity.

The rules are:

1. The competition is inter-college and any number of teams can participate in the competition.

2. The team must comprise of 3 students.

3. Participants are required to bring their cameras, data cables and laptops for the same.

4. It's a multiple round competition.

5. Details regarding the rounds would be revealed on the spot.

Rapid On the Spot

Curiosity'20 - The Annual Photography Exhibition of Pinhole - Photography Society of SGTB Khalsa College is back with it's popular, the fourth edition of The Rapid On The Spot Photography Competition!

Competition Guidelines:

1) Participants will be given 30 minutes and one topic to click one picture.

2) Phones and digital cameras are allowed.

3) There will be one winner and a prize will be awarded immediately.

Report to the Pinhole Registration desk on 27th February 2020 at 12 PM.

Online Photography Competition

Themes:

1. Stranger

2. Neon

Themes are open to interpretation and no clarification will be entertained regarding the same. Phone photography is allowed.

Guidelines:

1. Each participant has to submit one photograph per the theme.

2. Rename the pictures as the name of the theme.

3. The photographs should not have any watermark or copyright.

4. Only minimal post-processing (brightness, contrast correction etc) is allowed. No manipulation.

5. The participants are to submit their entries by filling up the Google form link.

6. Entries for the event close on 28th February 2020 at 11:59 PM.

7. The judges’ decision will be final.

We warmly welcome back Mrs. Sagarika Ghose, a renowned Indian journalist, news anchor, and author. She was the deputy editor and a prime time anchor on the news network CNN-IBN. She has won several awards in journalism and is the author of two novels, as well as the best-selling biography of Indira Gandhi, Indira: India's Most Powerful Prime Minister. She is now a consulting editor at The Times of India.
Mrs. Ghose has kindly accepted to shed light in the current scenario of media and journalism on 27th February at 1:30 P.M in the O.P.L.T

We also graciously host Dr. Sreeram Chaulia to talk about Emerging Powers in a Post American World on the 27th of February at 3:10 P.M in the O.P.L.T. Dr. Sreeram Chaulia is Professor and Dean at the Jindal School of International Affairs of O.P. Jindal Global University.
