I sipped my drink completely worry free 🍹 because Noor fell in love with the groomer

They were so gentle, so loving, I did not have to look back even once 🥹

This is the standard of pet care India needed and I am so happy it has finally begun ✨

Take me back 10 years, I am standing outside a grooming table, my cat trembling, a collar around his neck tied tight to keep him still because that was just how things were done 😔 Nobody asked if he was scared. Nobody slowed down for him.

Fast forward to today, walking into Spoofy and watching Noor get held, spoken to, and loved through the entire process 🐾 That gap, that is everything

Humanisation of pets can change so much, for them and for you!

Ep 2: Mishti, healed and hopping like a bunny 🐰❤️

Her leg was being eaten by maggots, only the bone was visible. A kind old lady spotted her and made the call to the foundation. Tanya Mam and Animesh Sir rescued Mishti and did everything they could to bring her back to good health.

It’s been 1.5 years now and she walks around like a little bunny. Mishti doesn’t like people seeing her amputated leg, so she always sits facing the other way 🥹 Absolutely adorable, absolutely cute.

Noor wasn’t ready to leave the sofa with the beach view 🌊 Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

Some stays feel like they were designed for humans who happen to have pets. This one felt like it was designed for her too. A menu she couldn’t finish, a bed she didn’t need, and a window she refused to leave ✨

Pet first hospitality is not a trend anymore, it is finally becoming a standard in India. And Novotel Juhu just set the bar.
