ECHS Beneficiaries: Hospital bed, extra charges, medicines, specialist denial और card misuse पर कई important issues उठे हैं

31 July 2026 को MD ECHS और Air Force Association के बीच हुई meeting में veterans और ECHS beneficiaries से जुड़े कई practical problems discuss किए गए.

कुछ सबसे important points:

• Empanelled hospital bed deny करे तो written Bed Non-Availability Certificate लेने की कोशिश करें
• Specialist consultation deny होने पर matter Regional Centre तक escalate किया जा सकता है
• Extra charges की complaint के लिए bill, receipt, prescription और written proof बहुत important हैं
• Elderly/immobile beneficiaries के cases में authorised representative को medicines issue करने के existing provision पर भी बात हुई
• Physiotherapy referral policy review का मुद्दा उठाया गया
• Unlisted procedures के लिए online approval mechanism explore करने की चर्चा हुई
• e-Satyapan, Aadhaar biometric verification और ECHS card misuse रोकने के लिए SMS alert proposal भी सामने आया

सबसे जरूरी clarification:

Meeting में discuss हुआ हर point नई policy नहीं है. कुछ issues existing provisions की clarification हैं, जबकि कुछ अभी review/proposal stage पर हैं.

👉 अगर ECHS hospital authorised charges से ज्यादा पैसा मांगे, तो सिर्फ verbal complaint पर निर्भर न रहें—written proof collect करें.

Delhi-NCR में ₹6.87 lakh से Authority Flat? HPDA Hapur की 570-flat scheme buyers के लिए बड़ा option बन सकती है.

Hapur-Pilkhuwa Development Authority की 2026 housing scheme में 570 flats available बताए गए हैं, जिनकी starting price लगभग ₹6.87 lakh है.

Key highlights:

• Anand Vihar: 233 flats
• Alaknanda & Kalindi: 190 flats
• Preet Vihar: 147 flats
• EWS, LIG और MIG categories
• First Come, First Serve allotment
• Freehold ownership
• EWS buyers के लिए 10-year / 120-month instalment option

लेकिन सिर्फ low price देखकर apply करना सही नहीं है.

Final cost में freehold charges, PLC, corner charges, registry cost और other authority charges जुड़ सकते हैं.

और एक बहुत important point:

Properties “as-is-where-is” basis पर हैं, इसलिए physical site visit जरूर करें.

CGHS में बड़ा बदलाव: गंभीर बीमारी वाले Dependent Son/Brother को Lifetime Medical Facility मिल सकती है?

Central Government Employees और Pensioners के लिए 1 September 2026 से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण CGHS update सामने आया है.

इसमें ऐसे dependent sons और dependent brothers के cases को राहत देने की बात है, जो chronic, severe, critical या terminal illness की वजह से लंबे समय तक treatment और family support पर dependent हैं.

सबसे बड़ा बदलाव क्या है?

कुछ eligible cases में age limit और marital status के बावजूद CGHS medical benefit continue किया जा सकता है.

लेकिन ध्यान रखें:

यह automatic lifetime benefit नहीं है.

Eligibility case-to-case basis पर तय होगी और इसमें disease severity, earning capacity, functional limitation, continuing dependency और financial dependency जैसे factors देखे जा सकते हैं. Medical Board assessment भी महत्वपूर्ण होगा.

एक और जरूरी clarification:

CGHS rule को सीधे ECHS beneficiaries पर लागू मानना सही नहीं है. Defence Pensioners और Ex-Servicemen के लिए ECHS के अपने separate rules होते हैं.

🧠 TAT में Psychologist आखिर देखता क्या है? सिर्फ Story नहीं… आपकी Thinking भी Judge होती है!

SSB के Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) में सिर्फ अच्छी कहानी लिख देना enough नहीं है.

Psychologist यह समझने की कोशिश करता है कि:

• आप situation को कैसे perceive करते हैं
• Problem आने पर आपका approach क्या होता है
• आपका protagonist action लेता है या सिर्फ सोचता रहता है
• आपकी story practical है या artificially positive
• आपकी personality में responsibility, initiative और clarity कितनी दिखती है

सबसे बड़ी mistake?

Ready-made stories याद करके जाना.

TAT में natural, practical और action-oriented thinking ज्यादा important होती है.

👉 अगर आप SSB की preparation कर रहे हैं, तो यह जरूर समझिए कि picture वही होती है, लेकिन candidate की सोच selection में फर्क पैदा कर सकती है.

In the SSB Psychology Test, WAT – Word Association Test is not just about writing a “positive sentence.” It helps reveal how a candidate naturally thinks, connects ideas and responds under time pressure.

Take the word “Delhi”:

One candidate may write:
“Delhi is the capital of India.”

Another may think of its monuments and important places.

A third may connect Delhi with Parliament, democracy and national institutions.

The word is the same—but the perspective is different.

That is what makes WAT interesting.

Psychologists do not judge a candidate on one sentence alone. They look at the overall pattern of thinking across WAT, TAT, SRT and Self Description.

So, instead of memorising ready-made “positive” sentences, focus on developing:

• Clear thinking
• Practical awareness
• Social responsibility
• Functional intelligence
• Natural expression
• Constructive mindset

🚨 8th Pay Commission ने Consultant Strength 20 से बढ़ाकर 23 की — Young Professionals पर बड़ा Focus

8th Central Pay Commission की consultant engagement guidelines में एक महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव सामने आया है.

Earlier structure में total 20 positions थीं, लेकिन 11 August 2026 के modification के बाद strength बढ़कर 23 हो गई है.

सबसे बड़ा बदलाव Young Professionals category में हुआ है:

• Senior Consultants: 5 से घटाकर 2
• Consultants: 5 — unchanged
• Young Professionals: 10 से बढ़ाकर 16

यानी Commission का focus अब ज्यादा clearly research, data analysis, data visualisation, drafting, Excel work और technical support जैसी skills पर दिखाई देता है.

Updated eligibility में relevant experience वाले B.Tech / M.Tech candidates के लिए भी scope बढ़ने की बात सामने आई है.

लेकिन एक जरूरी clarification:

Consultant strength बढ़ना Fitment Factor, Salary Revision या Pension Revision final होने का संकेत नहीं है.

यह staffing और analytical capacity से जुड़ा update है, जो Commission को large-scale employee, pension, allowance और memorandum data process करने में मदद कर सकता है.

Two Special Forces soldiers missing after Army boat capsizes in Yamuna

A training exercise at Hathnikund Barrage, Haryana turned into a major search and rescue operation after an Indian Army boat reportedly developed a technical snag and was caught in the strong currents of the Yamuna.

According to current reports, personnel from 1 Para Special Forces were involved in the exercise. Three soldiers managed to reach safety, while two soldiers remain missing.

The Indian Army, Indian Air Force, NDRF, SDRF, police and civil administration are involved in the ongoing search operation, with aerial surveillance also being carried out.

Our thoughts are with the missing soldiers, their families and everyone involved in the rescue effort.

🚨 ₹7,000 से ₹21,000 Bonus Ceiling? Central Government Employees के लिए बड़ा Update

Dussehra–Diwali bonus से पहले NC-JCM Staff Side ने Central Government Employees की bonus calculation ceiling को ₹7,000 से बढ़ाकर ₹21,000 करने की मांग formally उठाई है.

यह मांग 27 August 2026 को Cabinet Secretary के सामने रखी गई, जबकि 25 August 2026 के Gazette Notification के बाद इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा और तेज हो गई है.

लेकिन सबसे जरूरी बात 👇

₹21,000 bonus अभी approve नहीं हुआ है.
यह ₹21,000 cash bonus की घोषणा भी नहीं है. मांग bonus calculation ceiling revise करने की है, और actual bonus amount applicable rules, eligibility और category पर depend करेगा.

अब नजर रहेगी:
• Cabinet Secretariat
• Department of Expenditure
• Ministry of Finance
• Upcoming PLB / Non-PLB Bonus Orders

जब तक official Government order जारी नहीं होता, existing rules ही applicable माने जाएंगे.
