Exactly a month ago, I diverted myself to this relaxing and stress-buster craft called Crochet.
Needed this not just for self healing but for keeping myself away from all sorts of negativity around. It has done wonders, trust me. The way these colourful yarns shape up and turn into some beautiful patterns, it is sheer joy to look at the designs ❤
So many of you are missing the good old normal days( that includes me too). But will we ever be able to get back to the normal that we left behind? Probably never, in a deeper sense. Repurpose is one of the ways in bringing some sanity and peace to life that is struggling hard for survival.

Happy to find some purpose in this craft, and glad to see that my patterns are giving happiness to others too 😇🌷

I'm not much into medicines or into this habit of popping pills for anything that I feel can be taken care by a gharelu nuskha, but omega 3 capsules is something that I have been consuming for quite some time. I felt that my skin needed it considering I've an aging skin and prone to breakouts even in 40s now.

But being a vegetarian, I was on a lookout for a healthy vegan or veg option, since omega 3 has cod liver oil as one of the ingredients. That's when I got to know about veg capsules that not just have omega 3 but also, omega 5, 6, 7 & 9 😍
