1910, our festival brings together generations of Probashi Bengalis and devotees to honour the goddess Durga with devotion, tradition, and cultural vibrancy. Grew over decades with support from local philanthropists, and is now held annually in the lawns of Bengali Sr Sec School, Shamnath Marg (Alipur Road). Participated in by eminent personalities like Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose (1935) and Indira Gandhi (1969). Celebrated its Centenary in 2009, reaffirming its role in preserving Bengali culture and traditions in Delhi.
