Progress of articles in one month for the Graduate Journal (jpr.vyomhansjournals.com/).
I do not hesitate to share details of the research papers' visibility in our latest journal. Launched for the Graduates, support reproducibility, read more in about section. I have used optimization techniques on one of the research papers, to increase the organic visibility of a research paper. The first paper reflects, the results provided by the publisher's board. Regular researchers are often unaware of this. In addition to the research, article optimization is also equally important to increase the visibility organically, at present.

In research visibility, numerous factors come into play, with keywords consistently remaining a focal point for marketing managers. Also, technical tools primarily focus on these keywords. Whether, it is a comparison of the websites, ranking of the websites, or most probable keyword in any duration. Keywords are crucial as they serve as the initial gateway to visibility. In academia, universities allocate significant portions of their budgets to marketing their institutions and boosting their rankings. However, very few, invest in training their researchers to enhance the visibility of their research. Consider this: out of millions of papers, how can your article stand out and appear on the first page of search results through a keyword? It’s true that this is not solely the role of the keyword but also depends on the website and content where it is used. In my webinars and workshops, I train researchers on these techniques and tools, equipping them with the knowledge to make their work more visible.

✍️ABSTRACT: 📝Single particle energy states as described by the nuclear shell model are obtained for doubly magic nuclei using a Gnumeric worksheet environment. The Numerov method rephrased in matrix form is utilized to solve the Time-Independent Schrödinger Equation (TISE) within mean-field approximation, described by Woods-Saxon (WS) potential along with the spin-orbit term, to obtain the single-particle energies for both neutron and proton states. The WS model parameters are chosen from previous simulation results performed using matrix methods technique involving sine basis, where optimization was done w.r.t available experimental single-particle energies for 208Pb and 20Ca. In this paper, only the algorithm parameters, step size ‘h’ and matrix size ‘N’ are optimized to obtain the expected energy level sequence obtained using matrix methods. An attempt is made, by incorporating this tool within the framework of guided inquiry strategy (a constructivist approach to learning), to actively engage the students in assigning appropriate J π configurations for ground states of nuclei neighboring the doubly magic ones. It has been observed that the ground state configurations could be better predicted when energy level sequences are known for all nuclei as compared to what is usually obtained from that of 208Pb alone.
