What a great start to the day,
A patient was unable to afford my fees, I asked him not to worry and treated him, he seemed genuinely low economic status. Also provided him with free medicines that I had.
He returned today after 5days and handed me these fruits from his tress.

Always Carry your positive sight .

For it's always easy to give up.
And say I lost-
Be brave, be benevolent
For the battle not won
Is the reason you may
win the war

So wake up in fear
Say you are strong
Hard hit the floor,
Rise above -
rise straight.
You will see
your beautiful tryst
With destiny of fate.

It's all God's play
All you can is pray-
refuse to give up..
