COVID-19 का कारण देश भर लक डाउन को अवस्था रहेको हुदा दार्चुला जिल्लामा रहेका HIV संक्रमीत हरुकोलागी ARV लिन आउनमा सेवाग्राहीलाई कठनाइ भएको कारण जिल्ला अस्पताल दार्चुला र राष्ट्रिय एच आइ भी महासंघ नेपाल को सहयोग मा संचालित सस्था Baitadi plus दार्चुला ले दार्चुला मा रहेका सेवाग्राही को लागि ARV घरमै पुगाउने ब्यवस्ता गरेको छ ।
