'গ্ৰন্থবৰ্ষ ২০২৫' ৰ অংশস্বৰূপে ৪০ (চল্লিশ) বছৰৰ তলৰ যুৱ লেখক-লেখিকাৰ বাবে উদগনিমূলক বঁটা 'যুৱ লেখক সন্মান'ৰ বাবে আৱেদন পত্ৰ বিচৰা হৈছে। এই আঁচনি অনুসৰি-

✅ 'যুৱ লেখক সন্মান'ৰ বাবে কেৱল অসমত ভোটাধিকাৰ থকা অসমৰ স্থানীয় বাসিন্দাসকলেহে আৱেদন কৰিব পাৰিব।

✅ অসমীয়া, বাংলা, বড়ো ভাষাৰ লগতে মিচিং,কাৰবি, নেপালী তথা অসমৰ আন জনগোষ্ঠীয় ভাষাত সাহিত্য চৰ্চা কৰা যুৱ লেখক-লেখিকাসকলে আৱেদন কৰিব পাৰিব।

✅ যিসকল যুৱ লেখক-লেখিকাই ইতিমধ্যে গ্ৰন্থ ৰচনা কৰিছে অথবা যিসকল লেখক-লেখিকাৰ অসমৰ প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত আলোচনী-কাকতত নিয়মীয়াকৈ সাহিত্য তথা অন্যান্য বিষয়ৰ লেখা প্ৰকাশ হৈ আছে তেওঁলোকে এই আঁচনিৰ বাবে আৱেদন কৰিব পাৰিব।

✅ অষ্টম অনুসূচীৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত ভাৰতীয় ভাষাসমূহৰ পৰা অসমীয়ালৈ অথবা অসমৰ আন ভাষালৈ অনূদিত গ্ৰন্থ গ্ৰহণযোগ্য হ'ব।

✅ আৱেদনকাৰীৰ বয়স যোৱা ১ জানুৱাৰী,২০২৫ ত ৪০ ( চল্লিশ) বছৰ অতিক্ৰম নকৰা হ'ব লাগিব।

এই 'যুৱ লেখক সন্মান'ৰ জৰিয়তে অসমৰ মুঠ ১০০০ গৰাকী যুৱ লেখক-লেখিকাক ২৫ হাজাৰকৈ টকা প্ৰদান কৰা হ'ব।

লেখক-লেখিকাই আৱেদন কৰাৰ বাবে পোনপটীয়াকৈ দুটা পদক্ষেপ-
✅ www.publicationboardassam.com ত থকা আৱেদন পত্ৰ পূৰণ কৰি submit বুটামটোত ক্লিক কৰিব লাগিব।

✅ পূৰ্ণ কৰা প্ৰপত্ৰৰ এটা কপি প্ৰয়োজনীয় নথিপত্ৰ ( নিজৰ প্ৰকাশিত গ্ৰন্থ, যিসকলৰ নিজৰ গ্ৰন্থ প্ৰকাশ পোৱা নাই অথচ প্ৰতিষ্ঠিত আলোচনী-কাকতত তেওঁলোকৰ লেখা প্ৰকাশ হৈছে ; তেনে লেখাৰ ফটোকপি, ভোটাৰ আই ডিৰ ফটোকপি, বয়সৰ প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰৰ ফটোকপি)ৰ সৈতে 'যুৱ লেখক সন্মান, অসম প্রকাশন পৰিষদ, বামুণীমৈদাম, গুৱাহাটী-২১' লৈ ডাকযোগে ৫ ছেপ্টেম্বৰ,২০২৫ৰ ভিতৰত পোৱাকৈ প্ৰেৰণ কৰিব লাগিব (নতুবা অসম প্ৰকাশন পৰিষদৰ কাৰ্যালয়ত পোনে পোনে জমা দিবও পাৰিব)।

সবল মহিলা, সবল সমাজ: মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী মহিলা উদ্যমিতা অভিযান

অসম চৰকাৰে আৰম্ভ কৰা মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী মহিলা উদ্যোগিতা অভিযান (MMUA) এক ঐতিহাসিক পদক্ষেপ—যাৰ লক্ষ্য ৰাজ্যখনৰ ৩০ লাখ মহিলা আত্মসহায়ক গোটৰ সদস্যক উদ্যমিতা আৰু আত্মনিৰ্ভৰশীলতাৰ পথত আগবঢ়োৱা। এই আঁচনিৰ অধীনত প্ৰতিগৰাকী উপযুক্ত মহিলাক DBT যোগে ১০,০০০ টকাৰ পুঁজি প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে।

কৃষি, পশুপালন, হস্ততাঁত আৰু হস্তশিল্প আদি ক্ষেত্ৰত মহিলা উদ্যোগৰ বিকাশৰ লগতে, এই অভিযানে গাঁওকেন্দ্ৰিক জীৱিকাৰ বিকল্প সম্ভাৱনাক উৎসাহিত কৰে। এই আঁচনি হৈছে দেশৰ অন্যতম বৃহৎ মহিলা উদ্যমিতা পৃষ্ঠপোষকতাৰ কাৰ্যসূচী।

Empowering Women, Enriching Society: Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan

The Government of Assam has launched the Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan (MMUA), a transformative initiative aimed at fostering women-led entrepreneurship across the state. With a vision to empower 30 lakh women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs), this ambitious programme provides ₹10,000 as seed money through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to each eligible beneficiary.

By enabling women to engage in sectors such as agriculture, livestock rearing, handloom, and handicrafts, the scheme not only promotes sustainable rural livelihoods but also catalyzes a more inclusive and self-reliant economy. MMUA is one of the largest women entrepreneurship drives in the country.

The BrahMos Aerospace Production Unit in Lucknow is set for inauguration by Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh(virtually) and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today.

This Rs 300 crore facility is a key part of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor and represents India’s commitment to self-reliant defence manufacturing.

It includes not only missile production but also testing, integration, and a materials complex for aerospace-grade components.

A major leap toward and a strategic boost to regional industrial growth.
