Minor electrocuted in Karbi Anglong

| A tragic incident has occurred today under Borpothar Police Station in Karbi Anglong, where a minor girl, Urmika Hansepi, lost her life due to electric shock. The ,12-year-old girl was alone when the incident occurred, as her father was away in Hyderabad for work.

According to sources, Urmika came into contact with a live electrical wire, resulting in a fatal electric shock. Despite immediate attempts to rush her to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.

The family is in a state of shock and grief, with Urmika's father, who was away in Hyderabad, rushing back to be with his loved ones. The community has come together to support the family during this difficult time.

An investigation into the incident is underway to determine the cause of the electrical fault. Authorities have assured that necessary measures will be taken to prevent such tragedies in the future. The body had been taken to Diphu Medical College and Hospital for Post morderm.
