Doda::After an extraordinary journey of 35 years in service, Safdar Ali Mir, Headmaster of PM Shri High School Kahara, retires as a shining example of dedication, humility, and unwavering commitment to the cause of education. His career stands as a testament to what sincere effort, compassion, and vision can achieve—especially in the remote and underserved rural belts of our region.
Throughout his long and impactful service, Safdar Ali Mir touched countless lives. His leadership was marked not by authority, but by affection, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility toward every student and teacher under his guidance. He believed that education is the light that can transform even the most remote corner of society, and he worked tirelessly to ensure that rural children received quality learning opportunities. His name became synonymous with integrity, sincerity, and excellence in teaching.
In recognition of his exceptional work, multiple institutions organized heartfelt farewell gatherings to honor him. Farewell parties were held at HSS Kihotran,HSS Tanta,HSS Malanoo,HS Kahara,Cluster Malanoo
At each place, teachers, students, and locals expressed immense respect for his contributions. Their words echoed the same message: Safdar Ali Mir was not just a teacher—he was a mentor, a guide, a role model, and a builder of futures. His disciplined lifestyle, tireless work ethic, and genuine love for students made him one of the most respected educators of the region. Even in challenging circumstances, he consistently proved that dedication can overcome limitations. His efforts uplifted schools, strengthened staff morale, and inspired an entire generation.
He gave his life to rural education, ensuring that children from far-flung villages received equal opportunities to grow and dream. His legacy will continue to live on in the classrooms he nurtured, the students he inspired, and the teachers he trained.
Even the low-paid employees federation Doda came forward to express their heartfelt gratitude. Their appreciation speaks volumes about his character and humility. Led by President Niaz Ahmed Rahi and Ghulam Hassan Pampori, they praised Safdar Ali Mir for his duties as a teacher.They recalled how he valued every member of the school community, no matter their position, and how his inclusive leadership made him a noble character .Their words added yet another shining chapter to his legacy—proving that greatness is not only measured by achievements, but also by how one respects everyone
Safdar Ali Mir retires, but the seeds he has sown will continue to flourish for generations. His name will always be remembered with honor, gratitude, and utmost respect.
