📕 MY Latest TAKE on ENFRA Show Enfratv Iyer Why the LIC IPO received Lukewarm response & Why Government had to Literally Scrap the BPCL Disinvestment ( Rather Privatisation) process as a Sequel move and decide to explore public offloading of stake.

📗 Further, Why CBG / BioCNG is a Great God sent Opportunity for the Oil & Gas Sector PSE ( Public Sector Enterprises) that are presented with an Opportunity of US$1.65 Trillion GDP CAPEX Traction if 1 Plant of 7tpd is targeted for One out of Every 2 Villages in INDIA meaning of the 6 lac villages 3 lac Identified Villages having one plant/ project each of 7tpd with 200-250tpd Hybrid Organic Waste - Agro Waste ( Cane Sugar Press Mud, Parali, Rice Husk, Oli-seed residue etc) + Animal Husbandry Waste ( Cow/Buffalo Dung/ Bovine Waste) with an Investment of US$ 5.5 mn ( Rs 35-40Cr) per plant/ CBG project will provide 99% pure BioFuel / BioCNG ( CBG) with annual output sale traction as high as US$ 3 Trillion ( From CBG Sale & Bio Fertilizer - High Organic Carbon content which is a great replenisher of Soil ) .... This could also reduce our import bill on Gas drastically as well as in Gas as energy input for fertilizer production too can be significantly offset while replacing Chemical fertilizer with "Organic BioFertilizer" which is the Leftover residue post CBG extraction, and delivery across this Circular Economy model of EFW ( Energy From Waste) - An Unprecedented Revolution in Renewable BioFuels driving What I call as RE- Mobility.

I have always held that Lithium based EVs that depend on Lithium ( 92% Deposits with Australia, Chile, Argentina & China combine) and will not only make us dependent for it on trade monopolies , but alsi create a Disposal Challenge of Battery Waste of Lithium, Cobalt & Nickel at the end of Lifecycle.... Instead, Focus should be on Hydrogen Fuel Cell EVs.

🇮🇳 WISHING All INDIANs in Our INDIA our BHARAT our HINDUSTAN & WORLDWIDE too a Very Happy 73rd REPUBLIC DAY ( 72nd Anniversary of Our SSSDR - Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic )

INDIA's Republic Day marks the celebration on this date on which the "Constitution of INDIA" came into effect on 26, January 1950, replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India and thus, turning the nation into a newly formed Republic.

The day also marks the transition of INDIA from an autonomous Commonwealth realm with British Monarch as nominal head Circa 1947 of the Indian Dominion, to a fully Sovereign Democratic Republic (SDR) Circa 1950, which Later was Further Strengthened as an SSSDR ( Sovereign Socialist Secular Democratic Republic ) Circa 1975 via a Historic Amendment that reflected the Core Dream of NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE who advocated a Socialist & Secular state way back when he proclaimed the AZAD HIND Government in October 1943.

The INDIAN CONSTITUTION was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 ( which is Celebrated as CONSTITUTION Day) and came into effect on 26 January 1950 with a Sovereign Democratic Government System, completing the country's transition towards becoming a FREE REPUBLIC.. CHAKRAVARTI C. RAJAGOPALACHARI was the First & Last GOVERNOR GENERAL of FREE INDIA ( 1948-1950) when transition of power happened and 26th January 1950 was the Day he demited his office as GG.

26th January was thus chosen as the date for Republic Day because it was on this day Circa 1930 when the Declaration of "PURNA SWARAJ" or COMPLETE SELF GOVERNANCE & FREEDOM of DEMOCRATIC Governance of the FREE NATION of INDIA was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress ( INC) of the Pre - Freedom Era movement in transformation towards FREEDOM from the Realm of Dependence status as a Dominion as then instated by the departing British Imperial Regime circa 1947 in transition of power during exit.

The Questions under discourse for the same held on Thursday, 17th June 2021 @ 4.00 p.m. were as follows :

1) Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) in INDIA
2) Disinvestment v/s Divestment - Explained
3) Overall contribution of PSEs in the Indian GDP
4) PSEs and dependence of INDIA’s MSMEs on PSEs

5) The Public Sector is more privately held by the Government and the listed Private Sector is more Publicly held by the Shareholders. Also, discussing in the process that INDIA has 3 type of Enterprise Management and deliveries

a) Public Sector Enterprise
b) Private Sector Enterprise
c) Cooperative Sector Enterprise

6) The Potential future has to look forward to Joint Ventures, Hybrid Enterprises and Public-Private Partnerships. There is a huge inter-dependency and arguing one over the other is futile, rather it is important to note that there must be greater transparency in Private Sector Management and greater autonomy to the Public Sector and the Cooperative Sector.

INDIA has seen successes in all 3 Types known and failures too. Generalising through the approach of ‘Privatising of Public Enterprise’ is not the answer as it promotes the dominance of ‘Crony Capital’. What we need is to take the best and make the best and lead towards a model of co-existence and collaboration for the best outcomes of our Enterprise Models.
