One mother brought me into this world — but ever since I hit the road, I’ve been held by so many more. Women who don’t even know my name have fed me, cared for me, and looked at me with the same softness as a mother would.

It humbles me every time.

This is what backpacking really is — not just places and views, but the human moments that melt you from the inside.

Sometimes, I sit with a cup of chai, completely speechless… wondering how I got so lucky to be loved by the world like this.

Roots may belong to one place — but hearts? They’re scattered everywhere.

Just 12 km from Darjeeling, I found a world no one talks about. Walking through Ging Tea Garden felt like stepping into a dream

- no honking, no chaos, just the rustle of leaves and stories in the wind.

- calm, quiet, and breathtakingly beautiful. 🌿✨

Woke up in a bamboo hut tucked deep in the jungle of Ging, Darjeeling.

No filters. No fancy gear. Just me, the chirping of birds, and this burst of wild azaleas. This isn’t a postcard - it’s real, raw, and ridiculously beautiful.

Backpacking isn't about chasing luxury, it’s about moments like this - standing in a sea of flowers, arms wide open, heart full.
