This is a post we never thought we would have to make…
After 14 years and 15,000 lives saved, All 4 Paws Rescue is temporarily closed for intake. Due to the current climate, we are not able to accept any additional dogs at this time. This is a first for our rescue. Our medical fund balance is dangerously low, our foster homes are filled beyond capacity, and adoptions are slower than we've ever seen. There just aren’t enough homes for the enormous amount of dogs in need. Our hearts are breaking for the at risk dogs we are unable to help right now, but if we continue at the rate we have been, our rescue will not survive.
How can you help?
Commit - Before you decide to rehome your current pet, please consider exhausting every resource available to make it work. Adding another pet into the system at such a dire time is dangerous to their life and the lives of others in need.
Foster - Consider opening your home to a homeless dog and apply to become a foster. The dog will be in your home temporarily until we can find a forever home. We cover all medical expenses and basic needs (food, toys, etc). All you need is the compassion and patience to care for a dog.
Adopt - If you have been considering adding a dog to your family, PLEASE adopt. Rescues and shelters need loving homes for the dogs in their care in order to make space for more lives that need saving. Apply with All 4 Paws and receive a general approval. Approvals are valid for one year and give you access to our Adoptions Team who will assist in finding the right match.
Donate - Any size donation will make a difference and help us pay our debt. The sheer volume of dogs from commercial kennels and their extensive medical needs have hurt our financial situation in ways we’ve never seen before. Adoption fees don’t come close to covering basic veterinary care for these dogs.

We will continue to post dogs currently in our care when they are ready for adoption, but we will not be accepting any new dogs until we can get ourselves back on track. Homeless dogs need you. We need you. Please consider helping in any capacity you can.
