Had an amazing time hosting Siddharth Maskeri our office recently.

He spent meaningful time with our animation team, sharing honest, real-world insights from the industry and answering questions with refreshing openness.

What truly stood out were the interactive exercises.

In one simple yet powerful activity, everyone was asked to draw a “house.” Most of us instinctively sketched the usual structure. But Siddharth challenged that thinking — reminding us that a house doesn’t have to be a building. It could be a tree, a nest, a bulb, even the solar system. That shift in perspective was a strong reminder to break away from conditioned, “default” thinking and embrace more open, creative possibilities.

The session wasn’t just insightful — it was also a lot of fun. Music, games, a bit of dancing, and plenty of laughter made it feel less like a formal talk and more like a relaxed, inspiring hangout.

What made it even more impactful was how he encouraged the team to openly share their aspirations and interests, creating a very personal and motivating environment.

Grateful for the time, energy, and perspective you shared with us — it truly meant a lot to the entire team.
