So, are they different? No.

Magizh Foods continues to be our business name, while Dipi’s Kitchen is our new customer-facing brand name.

We’re gradually moving to our new Dipi’s Kitchen packaging, so for some time you may see Magizh Foods labels on some of our products and Dipi’s Kitchen labels on others.

But what matters most remains the same:

We’re beginning a new chapter as Dipi’s Kitchen — our new customer-facing brand name. 🌿

But behind the new name, it’s still us.

Every batch of our homemade podi is prepared in small quantities — from roasting the ingredients to grinding and packing.

Why?

Because when you make food at home, you notice the little things.

The aroma while roasting.
The texture after grinding.
The balance of every ingredient.
And most importantly… whether you would happily serve it to your own family. ❤️

For me, small-batch podi isn't about making less.

It's about giving every batch the attention it deserves.

But today, we tried something completely different. 👀

PODI APPAM 🤎

Hot, soft appam + freshly made homemade podi + a little oil or ghee… and that's it. 😍

Sometimes, the best food combinations are the ones you don't expect.

And honestly… this one surprised us. ❤️
