We aim to help young researchers to carry out short-term and log-term research projects according to the student’s research interests and in specific key subject areas
Our courses and hands-on training will provide practical skills in the chosen area for students on all levels: for Bachelor’s to Masters and to PhD students. We intend to impart training in various courses that may will simplify skill development, and provide hands-on training to access and learn research tools to continue to analyse complex bimolecular systems and complex and huge biomedical datasets for genomic, proteomic and large scale NGS and Microarray data analysis
and even modeling and prediction of high-energy materials for bio-sensing applications. Finally, we provide an environment for students to learn and develop web servers and stand-alone software for various analysis purposes. Our training modules are primarily designed on projects developed as tutorials teaching the logic of analysis specific to data types and their corresponding applications. We are looking forward to integrating our projects and engaging new students online to learn new skillset.
