When she came to us, she was dealing with:

🕒 Her Exact Day on a Healing Diet (Vegetarian & Hormone-Supportive):
6:30 AM –
🌿 Coriander (Dhanya) seed water on an empty stomach – for thyroid, bloating, and liver cleansing
7:30 AM –
🥣 Oats porridge with chia, flax seeds, cinnamon, and 4 almonds
🍓 Add: seasonal berries or ½ banana
10:30 AM –
🍏 1 fruit (apple or guava) + 1 tsp soaked pumpkin seeds or walnuts
1:00 PM –
🍚 1 cup quinoa or brown rice
🥬 1 bowl mixed sabzi (spinach, beetroot, carrots)
🥣 Moong dal / masoor dal (cooked with turmeric + jeera)
1 tsp cold-pressed coconut or olive oil (raw)
4:30 PM –
🥗 Sprouts chaat with cucumber, lemon, rock salt
☕ Herbal tea (like tulsi or licorice root – hormone-friendly)
7:00 PM –
🌿 Moong dal khichdi OR 2 small millet rotis
stir-fried greens + tofu or homemade low-fat paneer
🥗 Small beetroot-spinach salad
9:00 PM –
🥛 Warm turmeric almond milk OR jeera-ajwain water
📴 Screen off, stress down, digestion up.
✅ She avoided: sugar, refined carbs, dairy overload, seed oils, late-night eating
