बाकी तो सारी कहानी जो विजिलेंस ने बता दी वह ठीक मान लेते हैं, बस कोई यह बता दे कि क्या HSVP का JE ही एक दुकान को न तोड़ने की एवज में 3 लाख की रिश्वत खुद ही खा जाता है। जब तक इनकी चैन नहीं पकड़ी जाएगी तब तक कोई सुधार नहीं होगा।

चंडीगढ़, 5 सितंबर। शिकायतकर्ता ने रा.स. एवं भ.नि.ब्यूरो, फरीदाबाद को दी गई अपनी शिकायत में आरोप लगाया कि उसने फरीदाबाद में 6 शराब के ठेके अन्य फर्म मालिकों के साथ मिलकर लिये है। इन शराब ठेका को चलाने के लिये उसके द्वारा तीन दूकानें अशोका इंकलेव, मलेरना गांव व शाहपुर जाट चौक, फरीदाबाद पर एच.एस.वी.पी. सैक्टर-12, फरीदाबाद से व अन्य तीन दूकानें बजरंग चौक, ऊंचा गांव व मलेरना रोड पर प्राईवेट लोगो से किराये पर ली गई है। शाहपुर जाट चौक व मलेरना गांव की 2 दूकानों को हटाने के लिए उसको एच.एस.वी.पी., सैक्टर-12, फरीदाबाद नेे नोटिस जारी किये है। इस सम्बन्ध में उसके द्वारा नरेश कुमार जेई, एच.एस.वी.पी., फरीदाबाद से बातचीत की गई। उसके द्वारा ठेका चलाने के लिये किराये पर मलेरना गांव व शाहुपुर जाट चौक पर एच.एस.वी.पी., सैक्टर-12, फरीदाबाद की 2 दुकानो को ना तोडने की एवज में उससे प्रति दुकान 3/3 लाख कुल 6 लाख रू. नकद रिश्वत की मांग की। उसके द्वारा आरोपी जे.ई. नरेश कुमार को उपरोक्त राशी नहीं दी गई। इसके उपरान्त दिनंाक 19.8.2025 को नरेश कुमार, जे.ई. द्वारा उसकी दो दुकाने तोड़ दी गई।
इसके बाद नरेश कुमार जे.ई. शिकायतकर्ता के शराब ठेकों पर चक्कर लगाता रहा और अब उसके अशोका इंकलेव व ऊंचा गांव के शराब के ठेकों को तोडने का दबाव बनाकर उसकी इन दो दूकानों को ना तोड़ने की एवज में उससे प्रति दुकान 3-3 लाख रूपये कुल 6 लाख रूपये रिश्वत की दोबारा मांग की गई। उसके बार-2 अनुरोध करने पर आरोपी नरेश कुमार, जे.ई. उपरोक्त द्वारा उससे 5 लाख रू. बतौर रिश्वत लेने बारे सहमति दी गई।

राज्य सतर्कता एवं भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो फरीदाबाद ने आज दिनांक 5.9.2025 को शिकायतकर्ता की शिकायत पर कार्यवाही करते हुए आरोपी नरेश कुमार, कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता (जे.ई.) हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण, सैक्टर-12, फरीदाबाद को शिकायतकर्ता से 1,50,000/- रूपये (एक लाख पचास हजार रूपये) नकद बतौर रिश्वत लेते हुए एन.एच.-2 बाईपास रोड सै. 12 फरीदाबाद से रंगे हाथो गिरफ्तार किया गया तथा आरोपी के विरूद्व अभियोग संख्या 25 दिनांक 5.9.2025 धारा 7 पी.सी. एक्ट थाना राज्य सतर्कता एंव भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक ब्यूरो, फरीदाबाद में दर्ज किया गया है।

बड़खल क्षेत्र के विधायक धनेश अदलखा ने हरियाणा सरकार से आग्रह किया है कि 700 साल पुराने गांव अनंगपुर पर वन क्षेत्र के दायरे की कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाए और जिस तरह फरीदाबाद के सांसद व केंद्रीय मंत्री चौधरी कृष्णपाल गुर्जर व मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने गांववासियों को आश्वस्त किया था, उसी तरह सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सरकार की तरफ से शपथ पत्र दिया जाए। इसके बाद माना जा रहा है कि गांव अनंगपुर में तोड़फोड़ नहीं होगी। इतना ही नहीं धनेश अदलखा के इस बयान के बाद उन कांग्रेस नेताओं के मुंह पर ताले लग जाएंगे जो यह कह रहे थे कि अदलखा को गांव में नहीं घुसने देंगे।
