From where this cruel mentality develops?? He brutally stabbed mere a girl of 16,who refused to talk and ignored him.
Just see he has changed his identity to trap her!!
Although he requires the hardest punishment, we will hit the basis of mentality of these types of criminals.
The more shocking is that he even does not consider himself a criminal.
The most shocking is another aspect of the society which couldn't able to save a girl from a 'HAIVAN'.We had dreamt for this modern Indian. I am missing my old cultured puratan Bharat.
