Is Muichiro the Son of Kokushibo? No, Muichiro Tokito is not the son of Kokushibo, but rather his descendant. Before his transformation into a demon, Kokushibo was a human named Michikatsu Tsugikuni, who had a family. During his battle with Upper Moon One, Kokushibo, Muichiro was offered a position among the Twelve Kizuki. Like Yoriichi, Kokushibo can use the "Transparent World" technique. Through this ability, he discovered that Muichiro is his great-grandchild, a descendant of his human lineage. With the Transparent World, Kokushibo also observed that Muichiro, by the age of fourteen, had developed "Mist Breathing" and mastered extraordinary fighting skills that would typically take a swordsman years to achieve. Muichiro displayed complete emotional control on the battlefield, marking him as a prodigy. Kokushibo, believing his bloodline had ended after becoming a demon, realized his legacy continued through Muichiro’s exceptional talent. Proud of his descendant, Kokushibo showed mercy by offering him a place as one of the Twelve Kizuki, especially since he sensed the other Upper Moons were defeated and saw Muichiro as the perfect candidate to fill the vacancy. However, Muichiro rejected the offer.
