As I rise into Chakrasana, I feel my spine unfolding like a lotus blooming, my body arcing like a crescent moon. My mind grows calm and focused, like a flame burning steadily in the darkness. The world slows down, and I'm fully present, feeling the stretch in my muscles and the expansion in my heart. My face glows with a soft, inner light, as if illuminated by the warmth of my own vitality.
