🔍 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media lead generation, specifically within the real estate sector.
Deep understanding of Meta advertising platforms, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Strong track record of generating sales-ready leads through paid and organic campaigns.
Ability to craft compelling content, visuals, and messaging that resonates with real estate buyers and investors.
Experience with lead funnels, pixel tracking, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to report on KPIs and continually improve performance.
