One of the accused in the stabbing of YouTuber Saleem Wastik was killed in a police encounter in Ghaziabad on Sunday night, officials confirmed. The suspect, identified as Zeeshan (25), allegedly opened fire when police attempted to intercept him near Loni.

According to police, two personnel were injured during the exchange of fire, while another officer’s bulletproof jacket was hit. Police said they responded in self-defense, injuring Zeeshan, who later died during treatment. A second suspect managed to escape and is being tracked.

Wastik, who was attacked at his office on Friday morning, remains in critical condition at GTB Hospital in Delhi. Authorities say efforts are ongoing to arrest the remaining accused.

यूट्यूबर सलीम वास्तिक पर हुए हमले के मामले में एक आरोपी रविवार रात गाजियाबाद में पुलिस मुठभेड़ में मारा गया। पुलिस के अनुसार, आरोपी जीशान (25) को लोनी के पास रोकने की कोशिश के दौरान फायरिंग हुई।

मुठभेड़ में दो पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए और एक अधिकारी की बुलेटप्रूफ जैकेट पर गोली लगी। पुलिस ने आत्मरक्षा में जवाबी कार्रवाई की, जिसमें जीशान घायल हुआ और बाद में उसकी मौत हो गई। दूसरा आरोपी फरार है और उसकी तलाश जारी है।

सलीम वास्तिक पर शुक्रवार सुबह उनके कार्यालय में हमला हुआ था और वे फिलहाल दिल्ली के जीटीबी अस्पताल में गंभीर हालत में भर्ती हैं।

A jewellery shop in Bulandshahr witnessed a shocking theft when a couple allegedly stole a gold necklace worth ₹6 lakh in just a few minutes.

According to CCTV footage, the couple posed as customers and carefully distracted the staff while examining jewellery. During this time, the woman discreetly hid the necklace and left the shop without raising suspicion. The theft came to light later during routine checks.

Police have taken custody of the CCTV footage and launched a search operation to trace the accused.
