Despite raising this concern under Case ID 209397c and being informed by your technician that the problem lies with the motherboard, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.

Given the high cost of this laptop (approximately 80k), I find it unacceptable that such a critical malfunction has occurred within a short period. The auto shutdown issue has rendered the laptop unusable, causing significant disruption to my work and daily activities.
