Hazaribag : ADG, NCC Bihar & Jharkhand Directorate Conducts Formal Administration Inspection at Hazaribagh NCC Group Headquarters
Hazaribagh: Additional Director General (ADG) of NCC Bihar and Jharkhand Directorate, Patna, Major General A.S. Bajaj, formally inspected the Hazaribagh Group Headquarters on 02 September 2025.
On his arrival in the morning, he was accorded a warm welcome by Group Commander Brigadier S. Gopikrishnan, SM, along with Commanding Officers of all NCC Battalions under the Group Headquarters. The visit began with a ceremonial Guard of Honour presented by cadets of the 22 Jharkhand Battalion NCC, Hazaribagh, who were felicitated and appreciated for their crisp drill and smart turnout.
Subsequently, the Group Commander briefed the ADG about the functioning and activities of the headquarters, followed by an introduction with all civilian staff of the Group Headquarters. During the inspection, Major General Bajaj reviewed documents and records and interacted with officers and staff , motivating them towards discipline, dedication, and a strong sense of duty.
This visit was marked as a special occasion for the Hazaribagh Group, as the General complimented as well as inspired all the officers and staff to further strengthen their commitment to discipline, NCC activities & services, and National Unity.
