लड़ते हुए शहीद होना हर किसी के बस की बात नहीं है।
वर्ना कुछ लोग तो एक फोन पर ही सरेंडर कर जाते हैं।

Sach bolun toh gussa control karna mushkil ho raha hai. Jab aankhon ke saamne itni khuli gundagardi dikh rahi ho aur phir bhi log uska bachav karne khade ho jaayein, toh samajh nahi aata zyada khatarnak kaun hai — goli chalane wala ya usko justify karne wala.

Baat-baat par bandook nikalna, ek bachche ko baandh kar pitna, upar se aukaat dikhane ki dhamki dena — yeh koi “galti” nahi hoti, yeh soch hoti hai. Aur jab do masoom bachche uski is sanak ki wajah se zindagi aur maut se lad rahe ho, tab bhi agar kisi ko sharam nahi aa rahi, toh phir problem aur gehri hai.

Video pura dekho. Phir decide karo tum insaaf ke saath ho ya andh bhakti ke saath.

I come from mineral rich yet one of the poorest state of Jharkhand. My basic education up to 5th class was completed in a local school in Hindi Medium. From 6th Class I moved to DAV Public School managed by CCL (Central Coalfield Limited) with which my father was employed as a clerk and went on to finished my matriculation there with CBSE board. After completing my 10th I appeared in 10+2 entrance examination conducted by AMU. I qualified it and got admission in Senior Secondary School,AMU. I was allotted Agha Khan Hostel in Sulaiman Hall. Being closer to university library it had some subtle influence on me and to avoid boredom or homesickness( as first time away from home) I started visiting library frequently and made many friends of lifetime.

Moreover after coming in contacts with seniors and friends there i was determined to crack All India PMT (Pre Medical Test) in my very first attempt. I worked hard and took the exam just after passing 12th but missed it by few marks. I prepared for second attempt but got serious jaundice and had to take complete bed-rest for 4 months, nonetheless I made it into AMU, AIPMT and Bihar PMT all in that year itself. Here I would like to highlight the importance of hardwork – ‘hard work never goes in vain’. Though i failed in my first attempt ‘hardwork’ made by me paid me very well and even when I was ill, it helped me clearing the exam everywhere in India in the very next attempt. I opted for AMU
and got admission in JNMCH(AMU).
AMU provides the best education in the world in the most economical way , it also bestowed with state-of-the-art infrastructure , best library , unparalleled playing grounds, auditorium. One who nurses the ambition of civil service must develop a multi-faceted personality. Though study should be given utmost care, other extra-curricular activities like sports, debating , quizzing , drama shouldn’t be neglected at all. Atleast 1-2 hours daily should be invested in co-curricular activities apart from
serious study.
Thus I utilized AMU’s resources in the best possible manner to improve myself. So the ground work for civil service was already done in AMU. UPSC in mind: During my MBBS days I got a first hand experience of health problems in India. In Internship I realized that IAS is my calling as by being part of the policy makers I will be in a better position to solve the health maladies than just being a doctor where I will be solving surface health issues only. I took admission in Post Graduate (MD) in the department of Community Medicine, JNMCH(AMU). Here I would like to highlight that one should make ‘early decision’ unlike me who took late decision!!!
After completion of my MD I moved on to Delhi to join Hamdard Study Circle in 1st Jan’2012. Here I would like to highlight the importance of HSC(Hamdard Study Circle) in my IAS preparation. It has a good library with lodging and fooding facility at a very nominal fee. HSC also conducts weekly tests on IAS pattern and arrange guest lectures to cover difficult topics. As the name suggests ‘circle’ , it provides a company of like minded people with similar goal which helps in negotiating the path in a smoother way.
In 2012 I cleared prelims and mains and appeared in interview but couldn’t make it into the coveted list. I took this failure as a lesson and tried with new zeal for the next attempt and qualified for
IRS(IT) in 2013. During training I gave another attempt and finally realized my dream by making into Indian Police Service(IPS). Here I would like to highlight that I didn’t do well in interviews and I realized that one should be more articulative in presenting his/her ideas. These skills can be enveloped by participating in debates and discussion right from school/college days. Finally I would like to say that if you have a dream , you must go for it with all your energy. Be serious but not sad.
