Our beautiful 3-tier whipped cream cake, completed by our student as part of our Diploma in Cake Decorating Course! 👩‍🍳💫

This session was all about understanding the strength, structure & stability of tiered cakes — from choosing the right cake base and proper support system to correct dowelling, stacking, tier fixing, centre alignment and final setting.

Students learned how to confidently handle a multi-tier cake, ensuring that every tier stays strong, stable, perfectly aligned and beautifully finished. 🤍
