The King today made it clear that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are to remain as private citizens who will not undertake royal duties despite their return to the UK.

In a letter of guidance to 'senior stakeholders' in the government, military and those who represent the Royal Family around the country, Charles said Harry and Meghan's titles are in abeyance and they should not be treated as working royals.

The founder of a group of anti-migrant protesters who blocked roads has confronted Reform UK's Zia Yusuf, telling him his party leader Nigel Farage needs to be 'careful with his words'.

Daniel Thomas, known as 'Danny Tommo' – who is an associate of right-wing protester Tommy Robinson - claims to have organised a protest in Dover on Saturday which saw men in black clothing and balaclavas blocking roads.

Angela Rayner today halted Labour's shake-up of councils, plunging the Government's controversial reorganisation of local authorities into fresh chaos.

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) said it had withdrawn decisions to streamline councils across a swathe of areas as it announced a review of plans.

First responders could be heard in distressing audio scrambling to extinguish a massive blaze after an Amazon cargo plane overshot a runway in Miami and collided into cars on a busy roadway, killing five people and leaving five others injured.

Flight 7598 was landing at Miami International Airport from San Juan, Puerto Rico when it overran the runway on Sunday at around 2pm and 'struck multiple vehicles' on Northwest 42nd Avenue, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue told the Daily Mail.
