Your baby is not stubborn.
Your baby is not “difficult.”
Most fussy eaters are just MISUNDERSTOOD — they missed the right texture at the right time.

Too many purées.
Too much pressure.
Too much distraction.

✅ The good news?
Fussy eating is REVERSIBLE with the right method.

DM “SOLID” to fix fussy eating the RIGHT way.

Most parents think: “No teeth = only purées.
The truth? Babies chew with their gums.
If you delay mashed textures, chewing gets delayed — and picky eating starts early.

Sarthak (7M) eats rice, dal, veggies, fruits — without teeth — because his parents followed science, not myths.

Most 9–10 month babies don’t have an eating problem —
they have a feeding method problem.

If your baby is still on purées, fed for 45 minutes, distracted, or not allowed to touch food… eating will stay a struggle.
But when you offer textures, finger foods, autonomy and family food — everything changes.

How long should your baby take to finish a meal?
Most parents get this WRONG.

The ideal mealtime for a new solid starter is 20–30 minutes — including touching, exploring, chewing and tasting.
30–40 mins = force-feeding

Stop the meal at 30 minutes, even if the bowl isn’t finished.
Early feeding is about skills, not quantity.
When skills improve → intake naturally increases.

What looks “healthy” is sometimes the biggest starting solids mistake.
Mixing rice, dal, poha, nuts, seeds into one powder doesn’t build chewing skills, stresses the gut, and blocks iron absorption.
Your baby needs real textures, real flavours, real food.

Is your baby not opening the mouth during mealtime? 🙄
It’s not stubbornness — it’s a feeding red flag. Babies shut their mouth when they feel pressure, fear of the spoon, wrong textures, force-feeding, or distraction-based feeding.

The good news? You can fix it early with the right texture progression, sensory exploration, and pressure-free feeding.

Born small doesn’t mean destined to struggle.
A 2.2 kg baby can grow strong, smart & healthy—if the right care starts from Day 1.

These 5 things decide your baby’s future health more than birth weight:
1️⃣ The first 72 hours of feeding
2️⃣ Skin-to-skin contact for warmth & stability
3️⃣ Temperature protection
4️⃣ Infection control
5️⃣ A calm, confident mother

❌ Panic weakens the journey.
✅ Precision care strengthens the baby.

✨ Remember: It’s not the size at birth… it’s the care after birth.

Save this for every parent of a small baby.

Most feeding struggles don’t start at 2 years…
They start at 6 months

Here are 5 pediatrician secrets that raise happy, confident & independent eaters:

✔ Start solids at 6 months
✔ Begin with mash, not purées
✔ Introduce finger foods early
✔ Never force-feed
✔ Let your baby get messy

Mess = learning.
Spills = skill building.
Independence = confidence.
