POWIET, Jorhat, will mark 100 glorious years in 2027.

Preparations are underway for the centenary celebration, inviting POWIETians across Assam, India and around the world to reconnect, share memories and celebrate the institute’s remarkable legacy.

The official celebration date will be announced soon.

A major boost to Assam’s cricketing infrastructure! 🏏

The ACA Cricket Academy has unveiled one of India’s largest indoor cricket facilities at its premises in Phulung, North Guwahati.

The state-of-the-art facility brings together advanced training, fitness and rehabilitation infrastructure, including 9 wickets with full run-ups and fielding areas, dedicated physiotherapy rooms, sauna, steam and ice-bath facilities, and an ultra-modern gym.

A significant step towards providing Assam’s cricketers with world-class facilities to train, perform and recover right here at home.
