It was two years back we went to the amazingly humble and accomplished actress of Assamese Cinema - Malaya Goswami baideu, for a feature film project and also skeptically pitched for a short film. To which baideu agreed. Yes we were overwhelmed by her gesture and were excited to work with her.
We are delighted by the responses received so far as our short film has been officially selected at some of the international film festivals. And if you haven't watched t yet here is the link:

As the world is going through a tough time amid the pandemic, there are few professionals and organisations who are working relentlessly to ease the lives of people especially those who are not privileged enough.
Navarasa Talkies is fortunate to have been associated with one such organisation - Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) which has dedicated it's services for the betterment of the grassroots who are now most vulnerable due to the effects of lockdown. SeSTA is doing a commendable job (as it always does) to support the people in need. Here we are doing our bit to help support SeSTA reach out to the people by donating as per our capacity. More power to SeSTA!
At this time of pandemic we should all abide by the regulations issued in public interest to keep ourselves safe, while we pray for those who are serving the society at this hour of health emergency.
