Operating plants and DCS consoles with minimum manpower, was the biggest challenge to Manufacturing industries, when COVID pandemic hit hard the entire sector. Let’s face the truth, as of now there are rarely such systems developed which can replace the on-station requirement of manpower to operate the day to day process.

Many existing units do have minimum to medium level of automation in place and are brooding over methods to make their plant digitized and remotely operated. To answer this problem, latest technology of advanced digitalization and Industrial Internet of Things are presently available for them to gear-up their manufacturing units for present and future challenges.
