Gangs of Wasseypur- The best ensemble in Indian Cinema History.🍿🎬

Gangs of Wasseypur, The classic revenge drama directed Anurag Kashyap will always remembered for its earthy script, Realism and epic dialogues but one that none could manage is the ensemble cast that gave Indian cinema umpteen brilliant actors.

Manoj Bajpayee was the only big name in GOW but today when we look back, the film highlighted artists like Pankaj Tripathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Rajkumar Rao, Jaideep Ahlawat, Richa Chaddha, Huma Qureshi who all got the name dame through GOW series.

Probably the best thing happened to Indian cinema in recent years.

No Snowfall in approachable hilly regions of Uttarakhand like Mussoorie, Tehri, Nainital and Parts of Chakrata and Lansdowne is alarming, something which many aren’t talking about but it indicates towards some serious natural calamities in close future.

In general circumstances most of tourism areas of Uttarakhand would have 2-3 snowfalls by new year but this time many haven’t received their first snowfall till now for the season, while this hinders economy as tourism gets affected, it also dents agricultural activity of hilly regions.

No gold for guessing that global warming continues to hit hard and non seasonal weather changes are indicators for serious problems in future.

While Governments can’t alone fight this battle as Urbanisation, Use of electricals, Increasing of vehicles in hilly areas is also a part of responsibility of citizens.

A stern action awaits before another floods, landslides or extreme heats and fire shatter the hills.

Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan- Probably the best of Actor and Director combo, which delivered some memorable films in 2000-2010 and they left us thrive for more.

Akshay Kumar is celebrated amongst the best action hero of Indian cinema but he also mastered the comedy genre and that has a lot of credited due to Priyadarshan.

The amazing story began with Classic Hera Pheri and they have delivered some of the best comedy films in Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, Khatta meetha and one mediocre work in De Dana Dan. These comedies have stood the test of times and remain relevant to date.

These films have grown with time, and people understood what a clean comedy with comedy of errors can be.

Brilliant comic timing of Akshay kumar and impeccable grip of Priyadarshan on this genre is deadly when combined, we hope for a Hera Pherish experience with them again, pretty soon.

Killing Test Cricket- Test cricket is already a dying art thanks to various cricketing leagues, scarcity of fans in stadiums and even on telecasts.

While Test cricket remains the pinnacle of the game which tests technique and determination of players, it remains the longest format of any sports (5 day game).

Revolution of t20 cricket and money around it has allured cricketers and fans yet teams like India, England and Australia are giving their all to make the game popular as it still possess the core fanbase.

On other side, their is PCB and Pakistan cricket who all given their best to dull the game with their approach and pitches lately.

The pitches have been highway roads and have zero pedigree for bowlers and that highly biased approach for the batters which has also served well to their skipper Babar Azam and other players. Their statistics are hugely on these pitches but does that really serves the game…

Those 5 boring days and yet they couldn’t win anything or rather were thrashed by new English approach, The bazball thing.

Test cricket remains the summit for the game but players, boards and ground staffs need to get the sight right to bring in the fans and thrills.

Yeah that reads WORK IN PROGESS, Progressing the End.

Joshimath, a spiritual and cultural epicentre in Uttarakhand near Badrinath dham is dying a rather rapid death, thanks to years of negligence and complacency by ‘the governments’ and whosoever is responsible.

The residents who are some 20000 now are fearing the end of their land, their homes, their works and their identity.

The pain and fear couldn’t be understood, none can imagine the evading dreams, their lands. The truth still is scary and haunting, it’s almost certain that major part of the town won’t survive for long and that’s hard one.

The blame goes on extended construction for tourism and residents with time, miserable drainage system of the town, Construction of power projects by NTPC and Construction of all weather roads.

The story is harsh and hard, who is responsible and what can be done will have a debate but who suffers in all of it, The common people…💔

What’s the most iconic scene specially in Indian cinema?
Something that takes curiosity to different high? Something that resonates with entire Movie? Something that marks the stamp of director on the story?

This scenes from Bahubali the beginning where Kattappa stabs Bahubali had all of above ticks.

It took audience to another level and was majorly the reason why the second part, Bahubali the conclusion got immense hype and became amongst the biggest hit of Indian Cinema.

El Clasico- When the rivalry peaked ⚽️ 🥅

Real Madrid Vs Barcelona Fc often referred as El Clasico is amongst the greatest rivalry in Sports history and in modern Football it peaked in mid of 2010-2020 when both clubs had biggest soccer names.

The trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, and Trio of Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr and Luiz Suarez from Barcelona were celebrated and probably that’s amongst the best times of football peaking in clubs history.

SundarLal Bahuguna- Who lived for the jungle and Ecology.

Shree Late SundarLal Bahuguna is one prominent name in Indian modern History and Uttarakhand in particular.

While we run after development and pseudo better and modern life, Shree Bahuguna gave his life for the environment.

He was pioneer of Chipko movement in 1970’s which was a movement against deforestation.

He also led freedom movement with Gandhian ideology and was part of Vinoda Bhaves Sarvoday Movement.

He sternly believed in non violence and followed Mahatma Gandhi and Shri Dev Suman.

Shree Bahuguna strictly displayed his stand against construction Tehri Dam as it led to immense about forest dent and immersion villages. He was on hunger strike for 56 continuous days for the same.

He promoted that Ecology is permanent Economy and lived by his belief of Nature being the primary source of life.

Ram Gopal Verma- The man who created a parallel industry when Hindi Films of Bollywood were all about monotony , what led to the downfall of such a praised and blessed film maker….!!!

•RGV has all credits for changing or bringing a new path to Hindi films with classics like Satya, Company, Sarkar, Rangeela and Bhoot.
•Realistic approach for characters that felt one stern part of common man and reflected society like never before.

•Spectacular talents like Manoj Bajpayee, Anurag Kashyap, Saurabh Shukla all got their names by the visionary imagination of RGV.

•Today, RGV is not even close in dreams to what he promised and actually delivered for long time yet it all went haphazard in and after 2010, That’s some downfall of a master maker, the reason, can’t be reasoned….

David Warner- The bill deserves much more, more of respect, more of admiration and more of credibility..

David Warner has always been that exiting southpaw who gives it all on the field and also has immense fan following off it. His career has been full of controversies but that has never been any hurdle in his performance for his teams.

He is certainly one of the most complete batter of this era, He is gun T20 batter and that got stamped again when he led Australia to the World t20 for the first time in 2021, He is The IPL great of all time.

He averages 46 in 141 ODIs and has a World Cup in 2015 to his name, he again averages 45 plus in Test cricket with 100 matches in his tally and no opener since his debut has a better record than the Bull.

He has mellowed down with time and his career has been dented at times for off and on field things but that has never led the man to lose his focus.

•Coaching centers are as common as roadside vendors now and who decides the qualifications and certifications of them.

•Students get trapped for bright future prospects and pay hefty amounts blindly.

•Their collaborations with greedy schools also take students out of schooling habits in search of career and better opportunities.

•There is coaching for everything now, every degree is manifested by them and glorified which actually has dented the credibility of the same.

Coaching started as support system to education but now has become a parallel system with many unethical players, who checks on them is a thing to observe…
