The first season of 'Atithi Satkaram,' produced by Siddhi Cine Uttarakhand Productions and directed by Jagdish Tiwari, recently completed shooting in Satya Vihar, Haldwani. The series portrays life in Uttarakhand, connecting small towns to major cities, addressing cultural richness and familial challenges amidst urbanization. It advocates for land reclamation and positive government initiatives. The series, aiming to showcase the impact of modernization on traditions, features a cast mainly from hill regions. Utilizing modern equipment, it is set to release on various OTT platforms in March 2024. Directed by Jagdish Tiwari, the series unfolds in Uttarakhand, bridging small towns like Haldwani, Kotdwar, Ramnagar, and Dehradun with major cities such as Delhi, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. It explores the life of a family, showcasing Uttarakhand's cultural richness through festivals and family traditions, while addressing the erosion of familial bonds in the wake of urbanization.
