We are proud to announce that KLS VDIT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lamrin Tech Skill University (LTSU), Punjab on July 3, 2025, marking a significant step towards enhancing skill development and employability for our students.

The MoU was signed in the esteemed presence of Dr. M. B. Gururaj, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of LTSU, who highlighted the university’s commitment to industry-driven skill programs and the opportunities this collaboration will open up for students.

Mr. Prashant Kulkarni, Chairman of the Governing Council KLS VDIT, expressed pride in VDIT being the only technical institute in North Karnataka to establish such a partnership with LTSU.

Principal Dr. V. A. Kulkarni noted that this alliance will strongly support our vision of empowering students with industry-relevant competencies.

The event was graced by Mr. Prakash Prabhu, Administrator, VRDM Trust, officials from LTSU and Staff of KLS VDIT.

KLS VDIT as part of the Social Outreach Program, conducted a community engagement initiative in UBA-adopted villages today. Drawing sheets were donated to school students, encouraging creativity and learning. In celebration of the upcoming International Yoga Day, a special yoga training session was organized for students of Ajgov and Kesaroli village schools, promoting health, mindfulness, and holistic development.

KLS VDIT Students Visit Industrial Exhibition😇 The North Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association is organizing the industrial and manufacturing exhibition “IMEX Hubballi 2025” from May 16 to 19. The exhibition showcases the latest innovations in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, including machinery, pumps, valves, automation equipment, and new technologies used in oil and gas production units.

Over 272 industries are participating in the exhibition, showcasing their innovative products. KLS VDIT Haliyal arranged transportation for its hostel students to attend the exhibition. More than 45 students participated and gained knowledge about the latest developments in the industry.

Prof. Sudhir Kulkarni and Rector Shilpa accompanied the students. Principal Dr. V A Kulkarni stated that this opportunity allowed students to learn about the latest changes and innovations in the industrial sector.
