MLA Langate Sheikh Khurshid Ahmad Visits Badrahish Nallah Project, Assures Farmers of Early Work

MLA Langate Sheikh Khurshid Ahmad today visited the proposed Badrahish Nallah Irrigation Project at Dangiwacha along with officials from the Irrigation Department. During the visit, he inspected the site and interacted with local farmers to understand their concerns regarding the long-pending project.
Addressing the media, Sheikh Khurshid Ahmad assured the farming community that the project will be taken up during the current financial year. He said the irrigation scheme is vital for agriculture in the area and will help improve water availability for farmlands.
The MLA also directed the concerned officials to complete the necessary formalities so that work on the project begins without unnecessary delay. Local farmers welcomed the assurance and expressed hope that the long-awaited irrigation project would finally become a reality.
