My friend almost decided to end his life due to his worst manager but somehow he got a job offer from another company.
Managers are the only people who make the organization worst or great Because new joiners are going to work under them
Nowadays we see managers make the team member lives hell with work pressures, workload, and different types of torture, Sometimes it leads to su***de as well, because employees don't have any option (Neither he can quit the job nor he has another option)
