🚨🚨 सरकारी कर्मचारियों को पदोन्नति (प्रमोशन) मांगने का कोई अधिकार नहीं - सुप्रीम कोर्ट ✍️✍️
​सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सरकारी कर्मचारियों की पदोन्नति (प्रमोशन) को लेकर बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है। अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया है कि किसी भी सरकारी कर्मचारी को पुराने सेवा नियमों के तहत प्रमोशन पाने का कोई "निहित अधिकार" (Vested Right) नहीं होता है।
​कोर्ट के मुताबिक, सरकार प्रशासनिक जरूरतों के अनुसार नए सेवा नियम लागू कर सकती है और चयन व प्रमोशन की प्रक्रिया में बदलाव कर सकती है। हालांकि, अदालत ने यह भी कहा कि ऐसे नियम मनमाने या भेदभावपूर्ण नहीं होने चाहिए। इस फैसले को सरकारी नौकरियों और प्रमोशन नीति के लिहाज से बेहद महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।
