Established in 1982, the Ganesh Utsav Samiti of Maratha Galli, Hubli, has a rich tradition of installing Ganesh idols, marking a significant cultural event in the city. Since 1995, the Samiti has gained widespread recognition by erecting Ganesh idols towering 15 feet or more, capturing the public's admiration. In a landmark decision in 1999, the Samiti committed to installing only eco-friendly Gan

esh idols, a practice that continues to this day. Every year, thousands of devotees from Hubli and surrounding cities flock to seek blessings from the magnificently crafted idol, which typically stands at an impressive 21 feet. The idol is adorned with silver feet, golden teeth, and gold rings on Ganesha’s fingers, reflecting regal opulence. The creation of this grand idol is entrusted to a skilled team of 12-15 artists from Kolkata, West Bengal, who, under the expert guidance of senior artists Appu Pal and Sapan Pal, complete the masterpiece in 25-30 days. This tradition, steeped in artistry and devotion, remains a cornerstone of Hubli’s cultural heritage.

ಗಣೇಶ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಬಪ್ಪನಿಗೆ ವಿದಾಯ ಹೇಳುವ ಸಮಯ. 11 ದಿನಗಳ ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವವು ಅನಂತ ಚತುರ್ದಶಿಯಂದು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನಗರದ ಬೀದಿಗಳು ಡಿಜೆಯ ತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ನೃತ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಜನರಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುತ್ತವೆ. 'ಗಣಪತಿ ಬಪ್ಪ ಮೋರ್ಯಾ, ಪುಡ್ಚಾ ವರ್ಷಿ ಲುವ್ಕರ್ ಯಾ!' ಎಂಬ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳು ಗಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಗಣೇಶನು ಕೈಲಾಸ ಪರ್ವತಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಹೆತ್ತವರಾದ ಶಿವ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರ್ವತಿ ದೇವಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 6, 2025 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಗಣೇಶ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯ ಶುಭ ಸಮಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Ganesh Visarjan. The time to bid goodbye to our beloved Bappa. The 11-day festivities of Ganeshotsav comes to an end on Anant Chaturdashi. The streets of the city are occupied with people dancing to the beats of the DJ. Chants of ‘Ganpati bappa morya, pudcha varshi luvkar ya!’’ is filled in the air. It is believed that after immersion, Lord Ganesha return to Mount Kailasha to his parents Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. ಇಂದು ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಮರಾಠಾ ಗಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ 'ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಚಾ ಮಹಾರಾಜಾ ಗಣಪತಿ' ಮಂಟಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ಗಣಪತಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜ್ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮೂರ್ತಿಗೆ ಆರತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಪೂಜಾಕೈಂಕರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಎಲ್ ಸಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್ ವಿ ಸಂಕನೂರ S V Sankanur, ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ- ಧಾರವಾಡ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 64, ಬೂತ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 30 ರ ನಾಗರಿಕರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವ ಮೋರ್ಚಾದ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಘಟಕದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಮಂಡಲ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಗಣ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಗಣೇಶನ ಮಂಟಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ್ದ ನೂರಾರು ಭಕ್ತರು ಪೂಜಾ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದರು.

ನಾನು ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಇಂದೋರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಯಿತು. ಈ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಪತಿ ಬಪ್ಪಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವರು – 5 ಪತ್ನಿಯರು (ರಿದ್ಧಿ, ಸಿದ್ಧಿ, ತುಷ್ಟಿ, ಪುಷ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ), 2 ಮಕ್ಕಳು (ಶುಭ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಭ್), ಮತ್ತು 2 ಮೊಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಳು (ಅಮೋದ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಮೋದ್).

मला मध्य प्रदेशातील इंदूरमध्ये या अद्वितीय मंदिराला भेट देण्याची संधी मिळाली. येथे गणपती बाप्पा आपल्या संपूर्ण कुटुंबासह विराजमान आहेत – 5 पत्नी (रिद्धी, सिद्धी, तुष्टी, पुष्टी आणि श्री), 2 पुत्र (शुभ आणि लाभ) आणि 2 नातू (अमोद आणि प्रमोद).
