FORCE – ZONE - HELD TWO ACCUSED (03) PASSENGER AUTOS AND (09) VEHICLE BATTERIES - ALL W.Rs.7,00,000/-
The sleuths of ’s Force, Shamshabad Team along with Pahadishareef Police have apprehended two persons who involved in a series of -rickshaw and vehicle battery thefts. The accused were attempting to sell the stolen property to earn easy .
Particulars of the accused persons:-
1) Mohd Akber, aged about 35 yrs , Occ: Labour, R/o Chintalmet, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad
2) Faizullah Khan @ Faiz, aged about 42 yrs, Occ: Flower business, R/o Mahmood Nagar, Kishanbagh, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad.
3) Mohd Hameeduddin @ Imran, aged about 27, Occ: Auto Driver, R/o Jirrah, Hyderabad. ( Absconding )
Seized:-
1) 03 Auto rickshaws make Bajaj.
2) 09 vehicle batteries. ( Tractor and )

Brief facts and Modus Operendi
The above accused persons are born and brought up from Hyderabad. They are friends each other and habitual offenders. About 6 months ago the accused Mohd Akber and Mohd Hameeduddin @ Imran committed theft of vehicle batteries under the limits of Police Station and were subsequently remanded to judicial custody. While they were in jail at Central Prison, Chanchalguda, they met an accused person by name Faizullah Khan @ Faiz and they hatched a plan to commit some more offences after releasing from jail. Accordingly, about 5 months ago they all released from and started to commit property offences. In this juncture, they committed three Auto Rickshaw theft offences under the limits of Jedcheral Town PS, Nagar Rural PS and Mahaboob Nagar Town PS. After committing these offences, they are wandering with the theft autos in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas and committed theft of vehicle batteries of DCM and Tractor vehicles which are parked at the parking areas of Medchal, Tukkuguda and Maheshwaram. In this regard, cases were registered at Medchal, Pahadi Shareef and Maheshwaram Stations and the investigation is in progress.
On tip of information, the Shamshabad Zone Task Force, Hyderabad along with Pahadishareef Police have apprehended the accused persons Mohd Akber and Faizullah Khan @ Faiz and seized 03 Passengers Autos and 09 vehicle batteries from their possession. Efforts are being continued to apprehend the absconding accused Mohd Hameeduddin @ Imran.
Previous criminal back ground of accused persons:-
1. Mohd Akbar – Involved in (03) property offence cases.
2. Fayazullah Khan @ Fayaz – Involved in (15) property offence cases.
The arrests and recoveries were executed under the supervision of Sri K. Venkat Reddy (Inspector), Smt. Debora, DI Pahadishareef, Sri K. Naga Raju (SI), Sri S. Seshu (SI), and the staff of the Shamshabad Zone , in coordination with the Police.
