Cyberabad Police New Patrolling Bike Traffic Task force flagged off Cyberabad Police Commissioner Stephen Raveendra IPS..

Traffic Task Force services started in Cyberabad*
Cyberabad CP Mr. Stephen Ravindra, IPS., formally launched the Task Force vehicles by hoisting the flag.

Cyberabad Police Commissioner Mr. Stephen Ravindra, IPS., flagged off the traffic task course vehicles today.

CP said on this occasion. . Keeping in view the increasing traffic congestion in the jurisdiction of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, Cyberabad Traffic Task Force has been formed in Cyberabad Police Commissionerate as part of visible policing.

He said that this task force is working under the supervision of Cyberabad Traffic DCP Shri Srinivas Rao.

Six motorcycles have been specially made for this task force. A total of 12 constables, two on each bike, will be in this task force. An SI rank officer will be in charge of them These task force teams patrol the areas with heavy traffic during peak hours.

This traffic task force police works in coordination with law and order police. They especially the Cyberabad Traffic Task Force police regularly give appropriate instructions to the public on traffic related issues through the Public Address System (PAS) of their two-wheelers.

Also, when any chain snatching happens, if a call is received from the control room, they will immediately alert and try to catch the snatchers.
They also help children, old people and disabled people to cross the road. While they are patrolling, you will assist the public if there is any problem with their vehicles.

Also, they do the work of avoiding traffic jams, clearing the vehicles blocking the roads, clearing the vehicles in the no parking place etc.

Burglary at ATM centre in Kompally

Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into an ATM centre at Gondapochampally in Kompally in early hours of Sunday.

The HDFC ATM centre is located on the Kompally road and police suspect two persons had committed the offence.

The thieves broke the cash dispensing machine and are suspected to have collected the cash. The police informed the bank officials and are checking if any cash was stolen and how much amount taken away by the offenders.

The police are verifying the feed of surveillance cameras installed in the area.

CONDUCTED RAID ON ILLEGAL RUNNING HO**AH CENTRE IN THE LIMITIS OF ABIDS PS

Today i.e on 06-08-2022 on credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team, Hyderabad City along with Police Abids conducted road on ‘Chill on Hill Lounge’ Ho**ah Parlour situated at Shop No.15, 3rd Floor, Sanali Mall Abids and apprehended (2) accused persons of Ho**ah center organizers and seized the Ho**ah material, flavors containing Ni****ne, To***co and other incriminate material.

 Details of accused persons :-

1. Mohd.Badruddin s/o.Mohd.Jalaluddin, age: 24 years, Occ: Student & Organizing Manager of Ho**ah Parlour namely Chill on Hill Lounge at Sanali Mall, Abids, r/o.H.No.13-118/2, Near: Shine Model School, Alain Colony, Shaheen Nagar, Hyderabad. (Ho**ah parlour Organizing Manager)

2. Mohd.Shoib s/o.Mohd.Layeeq, age: 19 years, Occ: Degree 2nd year student, at SVG Degree College, at Hyderguda, r/o.lane beside Limra Kirana Store, Hanuman Temple Road, Rein Bazar, Hyderbad. ( Ho**ah supplier)

3. Md.Abdul Sagaf (Owner of Ho**ah Parlour Absconding)

 Facts of the case:-

The accused person 1) Md.Abdul Sagaf (Owner of Ho**ah Parlour absconding) along with 2) Mohd.Badruddin 3) Mohd.Shoib is organizing Ho**ah parlour at Shop No.15, 3rd Floor, Sanali Mall Abids illegally without valid permission from concerned authorities. They are mixing the Ho**ah flavors containing Ni****ne and serve to customers. They also serving Ho**ah To***co to customers in the no smoking areas and floating the rules laid down by the concerned authorities and illegally running the Ho**ah center against the rules and regulations by violating the rules under COTP Act and Hyderabad C.P. Act and also they are not maintaining the proper guidelines under COTP Act i.e.,

• Not Maintaining I.D Proofs for age proof.
• Not having Smoking and Non-Smoking Zone.
• Smoking area is more than 30% of the total floor area.
• Smoking area is not designated separately.
• Smoking area not surrounded by full height walls on four sides.
• Smoking area is not having an entrance fitted with automatically closing doors.
• Smoking area is not having an air flow system.
• Food and beverages are served in the smoking area.

The same was photographed and seized the above said material from the possession of accused persons. The apprehended accused persons along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Abids PS for further action. Police Abids registered a case vide Cr.No.231/2022 U/sec.4, 20(2) of COTP Act.

Those who were running the Ho**ah centers without following the guidelines under COTP Act, stringent action will be initiated against the owners and management of the Ho**ah centers, as per law.

The surprise checking’s done under the supervision of Sri P.Radha Kishan Rao, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, by Sri M.Praveen Kumar, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team with the assistance of SIs B.Ashok Reddy, K.Srikanth, P.Aravind Goud, M.Anantha Chary, and the Staff of Task Force North Zone Team.
