SOLVED THE MYSTERIOUS MURDER CASE BY MEERPET POLICE AND ARRESTED THE ACCUSED
Acting on Technical evidence and specific information, the sleuths of Meerpet Police, LB Nagar Zone, Rachakonda Commissionereate busted murder case and arrested the accused in Cr.No. 688/2024 u/s 120-B, 302 r/w 34 IPC.
Brief facts of the case:-
Facts of the case are that the deceased Mohammed Salman got inter-religion love marriage with Keerthi, who is well known to A-1, while the A1 got acquaintance with the deceased and since then they were used to commit property and bodily offences within the limits of Tri-Commissionerates and also they were detained under PD Acts. The A-1 got acquaintance with the deceased sister by name Saba Fathima and he kidnapped her on 11.02.2021 and got love marriage. For which registered r**e cm pocso case against him and lodged him in Jail for 80 days. After he released from Jail he converted in to Muslim Community and changed his name as Moin @ Muneer and started his conjugal life with Saba Fathima at Althaf Nagar, Bairamalguda, LB Nagar and blessed a daughter. On 18.12.2021 the A-1 arrested by Balapur PS in property offence and lodged him in jail. On 30.07.2022 he was released from jail and since then he along with his mother harassed and killed the deceased sister on 30.08.2022 by suspecting her fidelity. He was arrested by LB Nagar PS in a Murder case and lodged him jail and invoked PD Act on him. After he released from Jail, he started moving closely with A-2 Manchala Swarnalatha, who is cousin sister of the deceased. The deceased noticed the same and scolded them and also he bored grudges on A-1 as he killed his sister and now moving with his cousin sister and he decided to eliminate the A-1 and the same was informed to A-1 friends. Then the A-1 and A-2 discussed and they decided to eliminate the deceased for which they asked help to A3 to A-5, where they accepted and told that they will help to kill him. As per their plan the accused A-1 to A-5 were went to Nandi Hills in their friend’s room on 08.06.2024 at 2100 hours and hatched a plan with criminal conspiracy to commit the offence. As per their plan the A-2 made a phone call to the deceased and asked him come to near TKR Kamaan, Near Ayyappa Swamy temple to settle the financial issue, where he agreed to come to the spot, meanwhile A-1 and A-2 went to there on Glamour bike Br No: TS 07 FV 3867 and A-2 awaited near Ayyappa Swamy temple, while the A-3 to A-5 reached there on Bajaj Pulsar Motor cycle TS 07 HY 5942 and A1, A3 to A5 were went in to the dark place and concealed, on the same day at about 2230 hours when the deceased reached the place, the A-2 started talking with him and took him in to open place and gave a signal to them, immediately they were attacked on him with knife, which was carried by A-1, when the A3 to A5 were apprehend the deceased meantime the A-1 stabbed with knife on his chest and cut his throat mercilessly and escaped from the spot. After receipt the intimation, the deceased brother by name Arfaz went to there and shifted him Medcity Hospital, LB Naar for treatment, where they examined and declared he is died.
Arrest of the accused:-
On 11.06.2024 at about 05:00 hours with help of technical inputs the accused apprehended at Kurumalguda, led by Sri. M. Kashi Vishwanath, Inspector of Police, Sri Y. Gowru Naidu, Detective Inspector of Police, Sri K. Sudhakar, Sub-Inspector of Police with staff and brought them to P.S Meerpet.
On interrogation the accused confessed their guilt in the commission of this offence, then seized two knives, which was used by the accused to commit the offence, Motor cycles-3 No.s, Mobile phones-2 No.s, cloths of the accused from the possession & instance of the accused.
The arrest was made under the supervision and guidance of Sri Tarun Joshi, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Sri CH. Praveen Kumar, IPS, DCP L.B Nagar Zone and under the directions of Sri. P. Kasi Reddy Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Division by Sri. M. Kashi Vishwanath, Inspector of Police, Sri Govindu Swamy, Sub-Inspector of Police, Sri K. Sudhakar, Sub-Inspector of Police and his team who made sincere efforts in nabbing the accused. The Good work turned out by the Meerpet Police is highly appreciated and suitably rewarded.
