Finally finished reading this book with sheer excitement, from the origin of RSS to the end of Vajpayee life and the BJP favicol relationship with RSS and VHP.
The way Advani and Atalji backed each in the bitter situations leaves me in awe, one person handled the party and another with allies to make sure the government and party people will work united.
Advani put the party before himself and Vajpayee understand Advani’s silence, there are differences in decisions but they never let those play football in the playground because whatever happens, their ideology and unity united both of them.
At times RSS hated Vajpayee but Advani intelligence helped the Vajpayee to go things smoothly.
BJP's strength is unity which lacked the congress party, even 2019 Lok Sabha election BJP denied the ticket to L.K Advani who won 6 times as an MP but he never even publicly revealed one statement because it's Advani, the architecture of BJP.
RSS inception, Advani and Atalji childhood to end days, government formation and toppling of government, Pakistan and Atalji story, RSS perspective and Modi turning point in 2002, every minute details are still moving in my head and understanding those details meticulously through the prism of current situations.
Such an amazing book.
