BUSTED ORGANIZED GAMING HOUSE IN THE LIMITS OF MANGHALHAT PS & 06 HELD
On credible information the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone Team along with Police Manghalhat raided at organized Gaming house, situated at H. No. 13-1-575, near Rani Avanthi Bai Bhavan, Ganga Bowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad , in the limits of Manghalhat Police Station and apprehended (06) accused persons in which one Gaming Organizer. Wherein the Gaming organizer Nandu Singh Hazari inviting punters, who are habit of playing gambling by betting money which is a game of chance and gain easy money illegally.
Names of the accused persons:-
1) Nandu Singh Hazari, S/o Lakhan Singh, age: 52, Occ: Business, R/o H.No. 13-1-575, near Rani Avanthi Bai Bhavan, Ganga bowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad.
2) Surender Singh, S/o Kamal Singh,age: 30 yrs, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o 13-1/71, Magra, Mangalhat, Hyderabad
3) Suresh Singh, S/o Lakhan Singh, age: 42, Occ:Business, R/o Dilwargunj, Mangalhat, Hyderabad.
4) Laddu, S/o Yashpal Singh, Age: 42, Occ: Business, R/o H. No. 13-1-1053, lal Bangala, Hyd,
5) Yogender, S/o Jagjeevan Singh, Age: 35 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o Mangalhat, Hyd Ph:
6) Yogesh Singh, S/o Raja Singh, Age: 38 yrs, Occ: Pvt Job, R/o 14-11-261, Arya Samaj, Dhoolpet, Mangalhat.

1. Net Cash Rs. 21,000/- ( Betting amount )
2. (52) play cards & other incriminate material
FACT OF THE CASE :-
The accused Nandu Singh Hazari is resident of Ganga bowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad, Hyderabad in the limits of Manghalhat Police Station. He is habit of playing gambling by betting money and hatched a plane to organizing Gaming house at his H.No. 13-1-575, near Rani Avanthi Bai Bhavan, Ganga bowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad by inviting Known punters who are habit of playing three card game & Ander Bhahar game by betting money, which is a game of chance and collecting some amount from each punter for allowing them into their gaming house for playing gambling and also supplying food to punters .
On 27-06-2022 while the gaming organizer Nandu Singh Hazari along with his associates/punters namely Surender Singh, Suresh Singh, Laddu, Yogender and Yogesh Singh are playing three card gambling at H.No. 13-1-575, near Rani Avanthi Bai Bhavan, Ganga bowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad by betting money, meanwhile on tip-off the Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone team raided above said premises and apprehended (06) accused persons including the Gaming organizer.
Seized betting amount Rs. 21,000/-, 52 play cards other incriminate material from the possession of above accused persons.
The apprehended accused persons along with seized material handed over to SHO, Golconda PS for taking necessary action.
The apprehension was made under the supervision of Sri. Sri.P.Radhakishan Rao,Dy.Commissioner of Police (OSD), Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by M.Praveen Kumar, Inspector of Police, North Zone Task Force, and SIs K.Srikanth, B.Ashok Reddy, M.Anantha Chary, B.Aravind Goud along with Task force North Zone Team, Hyderabad City.
