Making biryani at home is always a task and Daawat Biryani Kit makes this whole process so much easier.
I was honestly curious to see how close it could get to that proper biryani experience without spending hours in the kitchen. ✨

The whole process is actually pretty simple, and in about 30 minutes, I had a plate of hot, aromatic Kolkata style biryani ready. The rice turned out nice and fluffy, the spices were well balanced, and I especially loved how the flavours came together without me having to prepare everything from scratch.

Definitely one of those things I’d keep handy for days when I’m craving biryani but don’t want to order in or spend half my day cooking.

An Assamese meal that felt like a warm hug from home.

Visited Aakhol_Hyderabad , Gandipet, and got to experience a beautiful traditional Assamese spread with comforting flavours, simple cooking and so much character.

From the Assamese thali with khar, xaak, dal, masor tenga, aloo pitika and thekera water, to the earthy black sesame chicken and traditional pitha… every dish felt wholesome, balanced and incredibly satisfying. 🤍

What stayed with me the most? It didn’t feel like a typical restaurant meal. It felt like home-cooked Assamese food served with warmth.

If you love discovering India through its regional food, Aakhol deserves a spot on your list. ✨
