Minority Minister Mohammed Azharuddin ne Secretariat mein high-level meeting mein CM ke Christmas Dinner ki tayariyon ka jaiza liya. Meeting mein transport, safety, fire services, health, sanitation, electricity aur protocol departments ko behtar coordination ke liye hidayaat di gayi. RTC ko time-par buses chalane aur traffic ko smoothly manage karne ke liye kaha gaya. Fire department ko high alert par rehne ko kaha gaya. Health aur sanitation teams ko safai, medical aid aur venue management ko ensure karne ki hidayaat milin.

Government Advisor Shabbir Ali ne Christian community ko zyada se zyada shirkat karne ki appeal ki. Tamam officials ne bataya ke tayariyan waqt par ki jaa rahi hain. Meeting mein Deepak John, Benhur Ekka, B. Shafiullah, Joint CP Tafseer Iqubal aur Protocol Director Shivalingaiah bhi maujood thay.

Azharuddin Leads Key Review on Minority Welfare and Umeed Portal Progress

Hyderabad: Minister of Minority Affairs Mohammed Azharuddin on Wednesday chaired an extensive review meeting at the Telangana Secretariat to assess the progress of various minority welfare initiatives, including the flagship Umeed Portal.

The meeting witnessed the participation of Minority Advisor Md Shabbir Ali, Secretary of Minority Welfare Department B. Shafiullah, IFS, and chairpersons of all minority corporations. The officials provided detailed updates on the portal’s current status, beneficiary registrations, data verification, and ongoing outreach efforts.

Minister Azharuddin emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible beneficiary receives timely support. He directed the department to maintain transparency, accelerate pending processes, and ensure seamless integration of services on the Umeed Portal.

Highlighting the importance of inclusive governance, the Minister stated that the Umeed Portal is a transformative step towards digitizing welfare access for lakhs of minority families across Telangana. He appreciated the efforts of the officers and urged them to continue working with dedication to meet public expectations.

The meeting also discussed upcoming initiatives focused on education, skill development, and economic empowerment for minority communities. Officials assured the Minister of swift action on all directives.

With Azharuddin’s proactive leadership, the Minority Welfare Department is moving toward more efficient, accountable, and beneficiary-friendly service delivery.
