SUB INSPECTOR OF POLICE, TOLICHOWKI POLICE STATION, GOLCONDA ZONE, HYDERABAD POLICE COMMISSIONERATE IN ACB NET.
On 01.09.2026, the Accused Officer Sri R. Pandu Naik, Sub Inspector of Police, Tolichowki Police Station, Golconda Zone, Hyderabad Police Commissionerate was caught red handed by the ACB, City Range-I unit when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.10,000/- from the Complainant for doing an official favor, i.e., "not to register case against the complainant on the complaint lodged by his mother, settle the matter amicably between the family members and not to seize his passport".
The tainted bribe amount of Rs. 10,000/- was recovered from the possession of the AO at his instance. Thus, the AO performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage.
Therefore, the AO is being arrested and produced before the Hon'ble Principal Special Judge for SPE & ACB cases. Nampally for judicial remand. The case is under investigation. The details of complainant are withheld for security reasons.
