💔 We are deeply saddened by the unfortunate passing of Mr. Wahab Qureshi, an auto driver, following an incident near the Bhavani Railway Track. May Allah (SWT) grant him the highest place in Jannatul Firdous. Ameen.

On the directions of AIMIM President Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi sahab and Floor Leader Akbaruddin Owaisi sahab, AIMIM Yakutpura MLA Janab Jaffar Hussain Meraj sahab, along with Dr. Sameena Madam (Ex-Corporator, Talab Chanchalam), immediately reached the location, coordinated with the local and railway authorities, and ensured that all necessary formalities were completed. The body will be shifted to Osmania General Hospital for routine official procedures before being respectfully handed over to the family.

To help prevent similar incidents in the future, work is underway to construct a compound wall along the railway track. The Road Under Bridge (RUB) project is also progressing and is expected to be completed within the next 3–4 months, providing a safer route for local residents.

We request everyone to use designated crossing points and avoid crossing railway tracks for their own safety.

Joint Action Committee of Telangana Ayush House Surgeons and Post Graduates has called for an indefinite strike.

They said that despite continuously performing their duties by providing medical services to the people, their legitimate demands have not been satisfactorily answered yet.

H-FAST CONDUCTS SPECIAL DRIVE AGAINST USE OF HARMFUL CHEMICALS AND OTHER OFFENCES INVOLVING CERTAIN TRADING ESTABLISHMENTS DEALING IN SPICES

Date: 04/08/2026.
The Hyderabad Food Adulteration Surveillance Team (H-FAST) of the Commissioner's Task Force, Hyderabad, in joint coordination with the Food Safety Department of GHMC, conducted a major enforcement drive against certain spice trading and processing establishments across the Hyderabad Commissionerate limits. The special crackdown aimed to curb use of harmful-to-human chemicals as adulterants, eliminate misbranding, ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, and protect public health.
Based on credible information from the public, the special enforcement was held. During the operation, enforcement teams inspected 13 business establishments and independent business locations which were actively engaged in the procurement, processing, and wholesale or retail trading of spices and also indulging certain offences affecting human health.
A total of 25 tonnes of various spices found to be containing certain dangerous chemicals and hazardous substances were seized during the raids. Consequently, three criminal cases were registered across three police stations, and three individuals responsible for the same have been arrested till now in connection with this.
